Return Process
Initiate a Return:

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Prepare the Item:
- Ensure the item is unused and in its original condition.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide photos of the damaged or defective item and your order number.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including return shipping costs for the defective item.
